台湾生まれ。何十年もの間、フィンガースタイルで演奏してきた劉士華。彼の音楽は、つねに聞き手の目の前へ強い感情を描いてゆく。
その情熱的な音楽を魅力に、劉士華は2014年台北アリーナの “B’in Music Recorders Super Slipper”コンサートで、20,000人以上の観客を魅了した。

近年、アレックス・デ・グラッシ、ジャスティン・キング、ドン・アルダー、ヴィタリー・マクーキン、小松原俊、下山亮平、チョン・スンハなどのトップギタープレイヤーたちが、自身のライブへ劉士華を招待。
ギターマスターたちの支持もあり、劉士華の支持は国を超えて広がり始めている。

Born in Taiwan, Shih-hua Liu learned to play the guitar at youth, which has led an unusual journey all the way in his life.

In his music, Shih-hua Liu transformed the images into notes, where skilled techniques and diversified music styles mingled together. Moreover, one is easily touched by the abundant and sincere emotions conveyed in the music. Three personal solo albums have been released by Shih-hua Liu.

The music can always touch people’s hearts when it is original and carries its own stories, believed by Shih-hua Liu. After years of digging himself into fingerstyle playing for over ten years, he began to write his own songs for his hometown. When listening to his music, it is like the notes coming from the guitar always painting in front of you with strong emotions. Out of this passion towards the soil, Shih-hua Liu was invited to perform in the “B’in Music Recorders Super Slipper” concert in Taipei Arena in 2014, when his original music fascinated over 20’000 audiences.

In recent years, Shih-hua Liu has been invited to perform with some of the top-tier guitar players, such as Alex De Grassi、Justin King、Don Alder、 Vitaly Makukin、Shun Komatsubara、Ryohei Shimoyama、Sungha Jung. With the encouragement from these guitar masters, Shih-hua Liu is trying to look for the further beauty of the fingerstyle music.

劉士華，出生於台灣，與許多人一樣，在青少年時期接觸到吉他這平凡的樂器，但是卻帶給了他不平凡的人生旅程。

劉士華擅長將畫面轉換為音樂，在他的音樂裡，不只能夠看到純熟的技巧、多元的音樂風格，更能夠感覺到他眾多音符之間，富有的情感以及所要表達的畫面，至今，劉士華已出版了三張個人的吉他獨奏專輯。

在劉士華的心中，有想法以及有故事的音樂往往能帶給人們最大的張力，於是在鑽研指彈演奏10多個年頭後，他開始嘗試著為自己的家鄉，以及土地創作曲子，每當聆聽劉士華的曲子，都能感受到豐富的畫面，以及他對手中的吉他，這項樂器的情感；這種源自於對土地的熱愛，甚至讓他在2014年受到了『相信音樂，犀利好大趴』演唱會的邀請，於台灣的『台北小巨蛋』面對著2萬多人表演自己的Fingerstyle指彈創作曲。

而在最近幾年，劉士華也開始被受邀與許多國際知名的吉他手共同作演出，像是： Alex De Grassi、Justin King、Don Alder、 Vitaly Makukin、小松原俊、下山亮平、鄭晟河 (Sungha Jung)… 等， 而劉士華也帶著這些吉他大師們的鼓勵，一步步地繼續將自己的音樂推向更遠、更美的地方。
